it seems Honest Jorge is messed up somehow. We are still trying to get him to cooperate again!

as a temporary workaround someone posted in the german forum:
open you savegame, search for joerg (Jörg is his name in German, but since computers are all english ö is replaced by oe
)
there should be some info about quest status = 1
set it to 4 to avoid meeting him.
WARNING
BUT nobody knows if you can meet him again if you change it back to 1 or if you LOST the MAP forever with this savegame.
