Can you replicate it? And if so, it might be good to provide "output.log" which is under data folder of the game. Probably developer could check what went wrong over there.

Ah, ok, thats a followup-Problem . The "Bare Hand"-Item isn't supposed to be shown or owned ever. As you place it in your backpack and save, on loading the program recognizes it as "unknown" and assumes you had a mod installed .

Fix is on the way.
