my character (wizard) contracted tetanus and i cannot heal him 50 times i tried in healers office(he just take half amount),can i resurrect character if he dies.

Resurrections are really really hard to come by in RoA. You literally need a miracle. And far as I can recall there is no illness a healer can't fix (up to a point), just one or two only a healer can. That doesn't mean any healer can. Some healers are just better than others. Without further information I'd say go back to the savegame shortest after the infection (because if you had one shortly before it you'd naturally have gone back to that, right?) and go to one of the big towns
