Hrm, it looks like around daytime the people light their lamps early. Or is it due to closed weather?

It is due to self-illumination, which is rather hard to turn off. I'll check with the 3D Guy .

Did check, for 1.31 it is "no can do", but we'll look into it for 1.32

Please check in 1.32rc1 - should be *way* better.
