i initiate conversation with leader,but after nothing happens.door remains shut

sorry I'm puzzled. I guess you are referring to the pirate cave on the Island of Manrek, right? I am unsure which conversation and which door you are talking about.

there are several special doors, 3 of them are secret doors witch lead into certain areas.

in the pirate cave are only fights but no dialogues. Witch dungeon and witch door du you mean?

I think gploca is talking about the one in Daspota that you can't actually go through.
