Probably, you would get two keys.
One key: Main Game
Another key: DLC
You redeem them on Steam Client on your computer, then voila. You have them both.

Als Besitzer der Collector Edition (CE) bekommst du alles kostenlos, sowohl die Gold Edition (als Patch 1.33) als auch den DLC, beides ohne Steam möglich, wenn du noch etwas wartest, weil beides noch nicht veröffentlicht ist. Einen anderen DLC gibt es derzeit jetzt schon, allerdings nur auf Steam, wofür du einen key benötigst, den du über den Support kostenlos bekommst unter Angabe der 16 stelligen Nummer die in der CE (linke Seite) steht, falls du ihn jetzt schon vorab spielen willst.
