We discussed it quiete a bit. The problem is, that the bonus/malus system won't have that much influence. Afaik, an aggressive attack increases your At+2 but lowers your parry (-2) while defensive tactics does the opposite. Thats not that much..

Instead, we want to implement somewhen (not in the near future while bug fixes are our daily task) a system that is more based on special skills like the battle skills that got implemented with TDE 4 rules. It would be based on your skillpoints in the corresponding weapon class and allows to specialize your characters a little bit.

For example, a dwarf with a cutting weapon skill above an arbitrary value would have the possibility not only to do a normal attack, but also a "hammer blow".

As I said, plans for far future, but after all, we can still dream ;) .
